Jason Grosfeld builds places for those who have experienced it all. As founder, chairman, and CEO of Irongate Group, he has spent two decades turning overlooked coastlines and storied mountain towns into destinations the world’s most discerning travelers now seek out by name.
His defining bet was the East Cape of Los Cabos, a remote stretch of Baja shoreline few had considered, where he envisioned Costa Palmas: a swimmable-sea resort community anchored by a deep-water marina, a Four Seasons, and an Aman. That conviction put the East Cape on the map, turning an overlooked coast into one of the world’s most sought-after destinations. In Hawaii, Irongate’s Waikiki Beach towers set pre-sale records when they went to market.
Before founding Irongate, he built his expertise across specialty finance, REITs, and construction. He attended Amherst College and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
